At Royal Caftan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refunds policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Personalized or custom-made kaftans are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at support@ma4roc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure the package arrives safely.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
