1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom-made kaftans are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@ma4roc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure the package arrives safely.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
